Stephanie L. Newton

is an attorney with an extensive background in family law - including divorce, child custody, support, paternity, and adoption matters. Stephanie consistently monitors new developments in the law in order to provide her clients with the most effective representation possible. She enthusiastically takes the time to get to know her clients on a personal level in order to provide them with an unparalleled level of personalized legal service.

Ross D. Plont

is a Trial Lawyer who has been recognized as a “The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40.” Ross has gained this recognition through his willingness to go toe-to-toe with large corporations, insurance companies, and prosecutors in his personal injury and criminal defense practice. Ross spent five years working in the largest personal injury firm in West Michigan where he handled all types of personal injury and criminal defense matters. Ross fulfilled his life-long goal of starting his own firm when he joined Stephanie L. Newton in the formation of Newton | Plont PLLC. Ross has a passion for justice and chooses to focus his practice in fighting for the rights of the abused, neglected, underserved and oppressed.
